WinAMP (ver.3) - In - PlugIn Loader

motivation_____desc______:
do u know virtual turntable? cool audio-software to mix mp3's like
real dj's. u can load any mp3, wav, cdda, xm, mod, .... play it 
to any soundcard, plugged to ur pc and pitch it.
but something is still missing. u cant add cool effects, like u
could in buzz. so i took the idea from vtt and coded a plugin for
buzz that is able to do exactly the same like vtt can. 
BUT, u can now add as many cool and rockin effects as ur pc get
running.

installation:  \
(1) unpack the archive
(2) copy "wa3inload.dll" to buzz\gear\generators (this is the machine)
(3) copy "in_mp3.dll" & "read_file.dll" to the buzz main directory
    (these file are the winamp 3 plugins)
(4) update the "index.txt" 
(5) start buzz, add wa3inload
(6) right click on the machine, choose load plugin, take "in_mp3.dll"
    from the buzz main dir (not a must, default is "in_mp3.dll"!!)
(7) right click on machine again, choose load file, take ur
    mp3 file.
(8) open the parameter view of the machine, trigger the play effect
(9) right click and choose upload to wavetable and current file is
    converted to mono 16bit wave sample and added to wavetable
..._have phun!

bugs & problems:
- multiple instances wont work (not yet:-))
- should implement: 2nd pitcher (-10% to +10%), pitch bend

bugs & problems:
- do never load multiple instances of the mod!!
   rename the "WAINLOAD.DLL" to something like "WAINLOAD2.DLL", add this
   to index.txt, instead
   now you can load both, and both playing independent (this should fixed in beta2)
- seeking disabled (doesnt work)
- only 1 variable parameter (pitch), play/pause/stop are availible in contextmenu only
- crashes, when song finished. (fuck winamp!)
- CPU-Counter doesnt work ('caus winamp's playing in threads..)
- maybe slow (not much optimized)
- maybe somekind instable (on slow pc's)
